Requests for refunds are accepted in writing or by e-mail only. All cancellations are subject to a $20 administrative fee. No refunds are given 30 days prior to 1st day of conference.

Social receptions begin the evening of 8/7 with programming to begin on 8/8.  Programming is complete by 8/9 at noon, with options social events after that time.

We suggest arriving by the afternoon of 8/7 and departing on 8/10 or 8/11.
